
The Final DFARS Contractor Business Systems Rule Poses Significant Challenges for the Federal Contractor Community. On April 25, 2012 industry leaders engaged with a panel of diverse experts as they discussed how government and industry are implementing the final DFARS rule to improve transparency and accuracy of information in Department of Defense programs. The panel also discussed how contractors can avoid "significant deficiencies" which can cause the government to withhold up to 10% of contract progress payments.
