Peter F. DiGiammarino

Peter F. DiGiammarino is Chairman and CEO of Compusearch, the leading provider of packaged software and services that automate mandated business rules for public sector organizations that spend, grant, or move funds. He has more than 30 years of experience building software and services organizations that target public and private markets around the world.
Prior to joining Compusearch, Peter consulted to CEOs, founders, and investors in high-tech and professional services businesses to help them get on track to long-term growth and performance. In five years he guided Touchstone Consulting Group, Inc. from a company of 20 people and $6 million in annual sales to 130 people and $30 million. He also led the successful spinout of Aquilent, Inc. (a $20 million professional services unit) from Commerce One (a $250 million software firm). He served as senior vice president of several consulting and systems development firms including American Management Systems (now CGI), BTG (now Titan), and SAIC, and served as president and COO of Hyperion Software (now Hyperion Solutions acquired by Oracle), a $700 million worldwide provider of business intelligence software.
Peter also serves on the University of Massachusetts at Amherst Foundation Board of Advisors to the Chancellor and on the Board of Advisors to the Commonwealth College of Massachusetts, an honors college. He also provides advice and counsel to many non-profit organizations including Kids-Acting-Out and Teardrops-To-Rainbows. Previously, he was a founding member of the committee to launch the Key National Indicators Initiative, served as senior advisor to the CEO of the Council for Excellence in Government, and as a board director at the Langley Elementary and Middle School, McLean, VA where he founded and chaired the Diversity and Technology committees and co-chaired the Capital Campaign to raise $4 million for the athletic facility.
Peter earned a BS in Computer Science, Economics, and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Reid H. Jackson

Mr. Jackson is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Compusearch. He has 15 years of professional experience with more than 9 years of procurement-focused product and services management.
Prior to joining Compusearch, Mr. Jackson led Booz Allen Hamilton’s procurement consulting business where he focused on serving the needs of federal and commercial Chief Procurement Officers. While with Booz Allen he built a successful consulting practice that delivered strategic sourcing, business process improvement, organization design, and technology implementation. In the public sector, Mr. Jackson has been involved with numerous agencies’ Sourcing and Procurement initiatives. His federal project work has focused on the management of the procurement function within and across federal agencies with a concentration on the tools and technology that support efficient operations.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackson was the Vice President of Sourcing at Commerce One Sourcing. In addition he has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an operational consultant to the Naval Nuclear Program.
Mr. Jackson is a member of the National Contract Management Association and an active contributor to the Industry Advisory Council’s Acquisition Shared Interest Group. Mr. Jackson holds a Master in Business Administration from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science summa cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.

Brock Lending has served as the Chief Technology Officer for Compusearch Software Systems since 1995. Under her leadership, the PRISM Product Suite has grown to serve more than 33,000 authorized users in more than 75 United States Federal Government agencies including NASA, DHS, NGA, BTA, and the Joint Staff.
Ms. Lending has over 25 years of experience designing, developing, and servicing packaged business systems software for large organizations. Ms. Lending specializes in developing innovative solutions that fully automate large numbers of complex and ever-changing business rules associated with income tax processing, procurement, and grants.
Always out in front on new technology, Ms. Lending spearheads continuous product enhancement in the face of ever more sophisticated user needs, constantly evolving technologies such as service-oriented architecture (SOA), regulatory changes, competitive pressures and other market forces. As a result of her leadership efforts PRISM has achieved award-winning levels of usability, accessibility and scalability.
Prior to joining Compusearch, Ms. Lending managed the development and delivery of packaged commercial and government software with Teledyne Avionics, Best Programs Tax Software, Globalink Natural Language Translation, and MCI tax billing.
Ms. Lending holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, School of Engineering & Applied Sciences.

Daniel R. Ilisevich

Mr. Ilisevich is a financial operations executive with extensive experience gained from working in commercial and government information technology companies. Reporting to Mr. Ilisevich are Accounting, Contracts and Human Resources.
Early in his career Mr. Ilisevich joined SRA when it was just 100 people. By 1996 he was Vice President and General Manager of a business unit at SRA and by 1998 was the Managing Director of Finance for SRA’s commercial business. In 2001, SRA spun off a software company called Mantas, of which Mr. Ilisevich was the CFO. Mr. Ilisevich helped grow the annual revenue of Mantas to $30M.

Stacie S. Shifflett

Ms. Shifflett has 20 years of professional experience in management, software development, system analysis, and information technology consulting services to federal government clients.
Ms. Shifflett has over 15 years of experience in the specific area of federal procurement including the design, development, implementation, sales and support of systems that automate federal government procurement processes.
She has successfully managed projects of varying sizes and her experience encompasses detailed requirements analysis; system design, development, integration and implementation; business process reengineering change management; cost modeling; quality assurance; documentation; user training; customer support; spend analysis; strategic sourcing; and contract administration. She is a recognized subject matter expert in the field of federal government procurement and is an experienced business manager as well as an experienced project manager.
Prior to joining Compusearch, Ms. Shifflett helped Booz Allen build a reputable and sustainable practice in procurement services. Earlier in her career Ms. Shifflett worked for Compusearch as an employee and later as a consultant.

Harry O. Barschdorf

Mr. Barschdorf leads the Federal Civilian Agencies practice for Compusearch. In this capacity he is responsible for managing the full life-cycle of product and service delivery to this market segment, from initial solution design through implementation and operation.
Before joining Compusearch, Mr. Barschdorf was Executive Director for the Government Solutions practice at Management Concepts Inc., a provider of training, publishing, and management consulting services to both federal and commercial clients. Mr. Barschdorf launched a new services practice focusing on the “business of government” including acquisition and contracting, grants management, financial management, human capital management, and project and program management.
Prior to Management Concepts, Mr. Barschdorf was a Senior Vice President at American Management Systems (AMS) where he managed the industry group providing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to the Federal Civilian Agencies market. These solutions were based on AMS’s proprietary Momentum, Federal Financial System (FFS) and Procurement Desktop software products. Over 65 federal agencies used these ERP solutions to support their enterprise-wide financial, procurement, and related administrative operations. Mr. Barschdorf had operating responsibility for all elements of the business including overseeing client engagements, software product R&D, developing go-to-market strategies and business development programs, negotiating contracts, developing staff, and managing relationships with implementation partners. Mr. Barschdorf was also responsible for the group’s external communications and government relations programs.
Mr. Barschdorf started his professional career at the Library of Congress Congressional Research Service (CRS) where he was responsible for providing research and information systems support to Members of Congress and their staffs.
Mr. Barschdorf holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Information Technology Management from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Williams College.

Virginia A. Baxter

Virginia A. Baxter is a procurement and contracts management professional with more than 30 years of experience in the field. Prior to joining Compusearch as its Director of Contracts, she was a Senior Manager with BearingPoint, Inc., where she worked as a Senior Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator in the federal civilian sector of BearingPoint's Contracts Department.
At BearingPoint, before her tenure in the Contracts Department, Ms. Baxter directly served a number of the company’s clients. These clients included the U.S. Senate, where she was the project manager for a project involving enhancements to the Senate's web-enabled procurement system; the State of North Carolina, where she provided the state with recommendations regarding the implementation of the statewide e-Procurement system; the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where she worked on change management and communications for USDA's e-Procurement system implementation project; and the City of Santa Clara, California, where she provided assistance to that jurisdiction in its goal of acquiring an e-Procurement system. Additionally, Ms. Baxter was selected by BearingPoint's senior management to take the lead in redefining the company's strategy in regards to its e-Procurement initiatives in the public sector.
Prior to her tenure at BearingPoint, Ms. Baxter was the Chief of Procurement for Montgomery County, Maryland, where she worked for 12 years, and spent 10 years in the private sector as a senior merchandiser for the JC Penney Company. She is a past President of the Northern Virginia chapter of the National Contract Management Association, a certified paralegal, and a Summa cum Laude graduate of the University of Maryland.
