The PRISM Suite
The PRISM Suite offers procurement and grant solutions for Federal Civilian, Defense and Intelligence agencies. PRISM-Procurement is the procurement officer’s procurement system. This comprehensive procurement management tool increases productivity across the procurement process from requisitioning to closeout, minimizes data entry, and maximizes efficiency through electronic routing, workflow, and workload management. iPRISM This straightforward, shopping cart approach simplifies the process of buying products from on-contract catalogs, requesting products that aren’t currently available on contracts, and making purchase card buys. Designed for the infrequent user, iPRISM reduces staff training requirements and ensures easy adoption across the agency. PRISM-Grants Designed from the ground up to meet the needs of the grants community, PRISM-Grants simplifies and standardizes all aspects of discretionary grants management. Specialized tools provide PRISM-Grants users, the program office, and the grants administrator with the ability to advertise, review and award grants and offers integration with Grants.gov. In addition, these easy-to-use tools make it possible to electronically review grant applications and score them based on agency-defined criteria to facilitate the award process. PRISM-IGT PRISM-IGT is a COTS solution that provides single point integration for buyers and sellers to manage, reconcile, and report intragovernmental transactions instantly. PRISM-IGT utilizes proprietary PRISM technologies, to integrate financial and acquisition systems. PRISM-Wizard PRISM-Wizard is designed to improve productivity and reduce cycle time and rework by ensuring a complete, accurate procurement package is created the first time. PRISM-Wizard provides comprehensive user guidance in the preparation and management of procurement-related documents. Its approach is similar to the TurboTax® experience in that it guides users through each phase of the document preparation and creation process. FedConnect® FedConnect® provides the vital link between the agency and the vendor or grant applicant. Through this portal, vendors or grant applicants can view and respond to Federal opportunities. Postings can be made by PRISM or other systems and are safely located outside an agency’s security firewalls. This two-way communication capability rounds out the procurement or grant process and provides an audit trail of all communication to improve the process and manage protest risk.
