To help ensure total customer satisfaction, Compusearch offers Annual Support Plan Subscriptions for all its software to keep you up and running problem free. Through this plan, you'll have free, unlimited access to:

  • Special Support Web Site
    Available 24/7. Compusearch’s Customer Support section provides users immediate access to all applicable product upgrades and information. This section will always be available via a unique login ID and will help to keep you updated of current software releases and functionality.
  • Online Support Center
    The Online Support Center staff can help answer PRISM questions, resolve technical difficulties and help troubleshoot system errors. Reach a live person Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST, except Federal Holidays. Fill out our online customer support form, submit it, and a support representative will respond within 24 hours.

    After normal business hours, a telephone answering service is available for emergencies.
  • FAX Support
    Available 24/7. Submit a fax anytime, and a support representative will respond within 24 hours.
  • Software and Database Updates
    About once a quarter, we release enhancements and fixes to the software. All Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related Supplemental Database Updates will be made available within 20-Business Days from the date of our receipt of the update.
